Having visited many Iberostar properties over the past five years, I can confidently say that Mehari Djerba stands out as the number one. From the warm and professional reception team to the outstanding restaurant and bar service, every aspect of my stay was truly remarkable. A special thank you to the animation team, whose energy and dedication made my experience even more enjoyable. Their enthusiasm and creativity bring such a vibrant atmosphere to the hotel, making every guest feel special. Had an amazing stay at Iberostar Waves Mehari Djerba! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. We had an unexpected emergency when my husband experienced severe pain at midnight due to kidney stones, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Their kindness and quick response meant a lot. They had medical help instantly available to me and made arrangements to the hospital. Even their director was in continuous contact with us regarding the health. Aside from that, the hotel offers great engagement activities, keeping things lively and fun. We had booked 4 nights here and enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommend this place for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

Stayed in Bungalow on Hotel ground.Very spacious, very clean, modern furnishings and private garden - great when traveling with kids. Garden is wonderful and well kept. Room service was exceptional. Food was good but not stellar. Animation team and kids care were truly great, motivated and always friendly.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel last week! The facilities were top-notch, with clean, spacious, and well-equipped rooms that provided ultimate comfort. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety to cater to all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again!

The attention to detail was impressive from the beginning. When I arrived at the hotel, my flight was delayed and I ended up checking in after midnight. Despite the restaurant and bar being closed, the staff had saved a plate of food and a glass of wine for me, which was a very thoughtful gesture. I felt that every member of the staff contributed to making my stay special, every single day. After my first month, I did consider renting a house but deep down I knew it wouldn't be the same. I had a wonderful experience at the Mehari and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Hôtel was very good , I really enjoyed my stay and every thing was perfect . personal are very professional and helpful , animation team , bar staff(slim,Ali , maître Akram ...) , restaurant, réception, housekeeping. Special thanks for the manager Anis , Afifa in réception, Aymen , all animation team ( bomba , max , chocolat,Yassin ,Sirine , Saïda in kids club , DJ momo, criss , Damiano...). I recommend this hotel for people who are planing to visit Jerba .

This place deserves to be 5 stars , it’s clean well maintained and your made to feel very welcomed we travelled with our 18month baby and he loved it , I’d recommend this place to everyone wanting a relaxing break with amazing services , the food was well cooked with variety of food

This is my second stay in this beautiful hotel , I'm feeling so sad to leave this lovely atmosphere full of positive energy . Kindness of personnel and management make me feel at home , animation team drive me crazy with all activities they did during the day and night show as well. I'm considering this hotel as a five ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ facility.
